The Challenge
The Community Collective is a global community of community builders that started in Australia. Today, they boast an audience of 12.8k+, with 700+ members across 18 countries, which continues to grow consistently. They are most well-known for their 8-week Community Cohort program.
The Community Collective identified key challenges in delivering impactful networking opportunities:
- Facilitating Networking at Events: Networking at in-person events can feel overwhelming for some and it’s tough to meet all 80+ people in 1 room. The Community Collective sought a solution to help attendees connect more intentionally, not only during events but also before and after.
- Enhancing Cohort Connections: With over 100 participants in their 8-week cohort program, they wanted to create more intentional opportunities for members to connect in meaningful ways, ensuring each participant met more people.
- Demonstrating Measurable Value: The team was keen for a more structured way to track how many introductions are made on an ongoing basis with clear data.
