A successful MBA program has a strong alumni network, and Learning Brew wanted to make sure that they were able to form these connections to keep the alumni engaged. Alumni are also the best group to upsell future programs to.
Admin would make manual introductions between alumni to keep them connected with the greater Learning Brew community, a method which was not scalable as the community grew to over 1500 members. In March 2022, Learning Brew started using IntrosAI to facilitate these connections.
